Johnny is a senior partner and managing partner of Baker Tilly Clock & Co with overall responsibility for the firm’s operations and management. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from National Chengchi University and a DBA in Industrial and Business Management from Macau University of Science and Technology. He has also passed the Senior Civil Service Examination for Financial Administration. He served in the Ministry of Finance and lectured on accounting, auditing, finance and corporate governance at several public and private universities in Taiwan.


He has held key leadership roles within major professional associations, including Director of the Taipei CPA Association and Standing Supervisor of both the Taiwan Provincial CPA Association and the National Federation of CPA Associations of the R.O.C. He has also been appointed as a member of the Economic Development Advisory Conference of the Presidential Office, a supervisor of the National Health Insurance and Labor Pension Fund and an evaluator for the Ministry of Education’s university evaluation committee. In addition, he has served as a Standing Supervisor of both the National Association of Small & Medium Enterprises, R.O.C. and the Corporate Operation Association, as well as a Director of the Chinese Management Association. These roles have provided him with extensive experience in public and association affairs. Furthermore, he has held senior executive positions, including general manager and president of large securities firms and department stores. He has also served as a director or supervisor of several publicly listed companies, bringing extensive experience in corporate operations.


He is primarily responsible for accounting, auditing, tax planning, corporate governance and family business succession services. He has conducted financial statement audits for dozens of publicly listed companies and has provided IPO advisory services. He has also advised on numerous significant cases involving estate and gift tax filings, as well as income tax matters.


In addition, he has provided professional assessment and consulting services to private colleges and universities in connection with their establishment, transformation and closure.
